Tito Ortiz™ Posted January 15, 2011 Share Posted January 15, 2011 Nikoga.Prije toga vodio DR Congo , bio 1. u grupi za Svjetsko Prvenstvo , ali onda došla još jedna grupa i ja ispao , onda Preuzeo Manchester City , malo se igro i dao Resign , pa sa Liverpoolom isto tako i odem na Holiday i stavim ono da mi traži posao dok sam na holiday i oni me pronadju. Prve četiri utakmice mi je vodio asistent a ovu 5 sam ja zakazao kao generalnu probu pred sezonu. Hteo sam da igram protiv Reala ali su me oni odbili a Atletiko je isto jak tim i moram reći da sam iznenađen pobedom protiv njih. Šansu sam dao tačno 20 igrača na koje ću najviše računati ove sezone inače ukupno za ovu sezonu ukupno računam na 25 igrača. Protiv Atletika mi nije igrao Palošči pa sam još zadovoljniji rezultatom. Transferi: width=450 height=337http://imagetitan.net/image-8C86_4D32068A.jpg[/img] Sa "ovim" raskinut ugovor iz razloga koje nebih hteo da pominjem. Sa druge strane dovedena tri jako dobra igrača. Wome jako dobar igrač i za jače timove i Wiltord koji je možda mator ali po onome što sam video protiv Atletika i dalje igra jako dobro. Na pripremama je od ovih 5 mečeva igrao na 2 i na 1 meč je ušao sa klupe i postigao 3 gola. Inače mi nije bio on u planu ali zbog prekoračenja pravila u Italiji nisam mogao da doveden Renteriu. Treće pojačanje Rafael koji je doveden iz Junajteda na pozajmicu. Imam još malo preko milion za transfere ali nisam hteo da trošim više para na nove i nove igrače jer mislim da je sadašnji tim vrlo dobar. Prvih 11 i formacija: width=450 height=337http://imagetitan.net/image-14E3_4D32068A.jpg[/img] Samo izbacite Wiltorda i ubacite Paloščija i dobijete mojih prvih 11 za ovu sezonu. Filozofija mi je rigid, strategija control, stil dodavanja shorter, sloboda u kreiranju akcija more disciplined, zatvaranje prostora ili kako se već drugačiej kaže u prevodu press more, uvek agresivno na rivala, marking zonski, ubacivanje u kazneni prostor drill a stavio sam i da se igrači iz odbrane priključuju u napadima. Tempo je na jednoj crtici od polovine a zadržavanje vremena na jednoj crtici od polovine u nazad. Plejmejker će biti Palošči. Moji ciljevi za ovu sezonu su da izborim evropsku ligu nebitno da li preko kupa ili lige. Za sada to realnije izgleda preko kupa.
