Sa ovim dodatkom druge ekipe više nisu feeder teamovi nego su baš B momčadi. Sa posljednjom verzijom izmjene su izašle iz konteksta Španjolske. - Football Manager 2011 patch for version 11.1.1 - Modification of Spain B'Teams. - Total handling the first team, B team and youth. Now the manager has control over buying and selling of players from the three teams. And total movement of players on those teams. - Revised the following competitions: Liga BBVA. Liga Adelante. The four groups of 2 ª B. All groups of Third Division. - Teams C deleted. Gave too many problems and did this mod unplayable. - Not deleted any player, nor a member of technical staff of any team. In all cases, have turned to B Team.
